American artist Henry Dunay to design
and create a symbol of Peace that would resonate the energy of Pablo
Picassos Dove of Peace. The official debut of the Dove of
Peace pin from Global Vision for Peace was at the 75 annual Academy
Awards
on March 23, 2003.

Limited Edition
The limited edition hand-crafted 18 karat gold and certified
diamond limited-edition Peace Dove is being worn by film celebrities
like actors Meryl Streep, Daniel Day-Lewis, Queen Latifah,
Kathy Bates, Martin Scorsese, Adrian Brody, Marcia Gay Harden,
Carrie Fisher, Anjelica Huston, Eva Marie Saint and others
to the Academy Awards. These celebrity-worn pins will be auctioned
off on Ebay, with a certificate of authenticity, and signature
by the celebrity.
We are also offering a limited amount of Mr.
Dunays gold and diamond dove for sale on this site
the same edition as worn by Ms. Streep, Mr. Day-Lewis and
others. Each dove takes approximately two hours to craft in
Mr. Dunays Rockefeller Center studio. The Dove Peace
Pin is solid 18 karat gold, available in white or yellow gold.
Each pin is crafted on special order. A certified highest-grade
diamond is set into the eye.

About the designer: Mr. Henry Dunay
Called the "Faberge of the 20th Century," New York-based
jeweler Henry Dunay has earned more than that 50 national and international
awards during his prestigious 50 years in the fine jewelry industry.
He has designed pieces for First Ladies, Royal Princesses and film
stars. Princess Diana of Wales, Elizabeth Taylor, Hillary Clinton,
Nancy Reagan, Salma Hayek and Mrs. Denzel Washington have been just
a few of his international clientele. With an illustrious history
of commissions from Harry Winston and Cartier, and a current working
relationship with Neiman Marcus, Mr. Dunay also devotes time and
talent to his other passion philanthropy and social causes.
For American Foundation for AIDS Research (AmFar), he designed the
world famous Lachrymosa Diamond Mask. He has also designed pieces
for Make A Wish Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis, Fashion Targets
Breast Cancer and Gildas Club Worldwide. An intuitive artist
who hand-crafts each piece for his international clientele, Dunay
works every day at his Rockefeller Center office, beginning at 6
a.m. He is founding member and first president of the American Jewelry
Design Council, a non-profit organization which promotes jewelry
